With women holding less than 20% of tech jobs in Nigeria, Tek4All initiative is dedicated to empowering Nigerian women with digital literacy, AI knowledge, and practical tech skills to enhance career, business, and personal growth. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and networking, it bridges the gender gap in technology, fostering economic independence and digital inclusion. This program equips women with immediately applicable skills to thrive in the digital economy.

Tek Centers.

Tek4All initiative focus on establishing technology learning centers like the Bwari Tek Center pilot to be launched in 2025, bringing digital education directly to low-income communities. By setting up equipped Tek Hubs in underserved areas, providing hands-on training in AI education, coding, digital literacy, and tech skills to bridge the digital divide. This initiative ensures accessible, community-driven education, empowering individuals for the digital economy.

Better-with-Tek.

Better-with-Tek is a Tek4All initiative dedicated to empowering people with disabilities through accessible technology education and digital skills training. By integrating adaptive learning tools and assistive technologies, it ensures inclusive tech education that fosters independence and career opportunities. This program breaks barriers, enabling individuals with disabilities to thrive in the digital economy and fully participate in society.

Konnect-Me

Community Wi-Fi Hubs is designed to bridge the digital divide by providing free and affordable internet access in underserved communities. These hubs serve as connectivity lifelines, enabling learning, entrepreneurship, and digital inclusion for low-income populations. By bringing reliable internet to local centers, schools, and public spaces, this initiative empowers communities with equitable access to the internet.

Tek Stars.

Tek Stars is an initiative dedicated to nurturing the next generation of tech innovators by providing children and youth with hands-on digital skills and mentorship. Through coding, robotics, and STEM education, it empowers young minds to explore technology, develop problem-solving skills, and unlock future career opportunities and building a pipeline of future tech leaders from underserved communities.

Located in the heart of Bwari, the tech hub will provide free hands-on training in coding, digital literacy, AI, and IT support, empowering individuals with the tools they need to secure better opportunities and break the cycle of poverty. The hub will also feature community Wi-Fi access, ensuring that even those without personal internet connectivity can learn, explore, and innovate.
